On13/10/2020, the “Disability Equality” training concluded in Amman, which lasted two days, for about 10 participants (members of the Follow-up and Improvement Team) who were chosen from the participants in the Decent Work Project training during the years 2019 + 2020 and they are active in persons with disabilities issues, to empower them and build their individual and collective capabilities to visit different entities in private and public sectors in the various Jordanian governorates which have employees of persons with disabilities to provide assistance and advice to improve the work environment to be suitable more for its employees .
This training comes within the activities of the second year of the Decent Work Academy project, which is implementing by East and West Center for Sustainable Development in partnership with the Swedish Development Partner Organization (IM).
