The improvement and follow-up team consisting of people with different disabilities started making visits offline and online meetings for entities that have employees of persons with disabilities in public and private sectors. These visits aim to provide advice and guidance to these entities to improve the work environment to be more suitable to the needs of their employees through Submit description and a recommendation sheet about the entity’s status by team members. As the advice provided is not compulsory for the owners of companies, but rather a voluntary service aims to improve and develop the environment for its workers.
So far, the team has made 7 visits to the following entities, which we thank them for hosting the team members and their desire to empower their employees with disabilities and improve their work environment:
– Tafila Emaar Center for Entrepreneurship and Business
– The Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities – Southern Region
– Mu’ta Charitable Society
– Shqeerah association
– Al-Ais primary School
– The Turkish bakery
– Classic fashion apparel industry LTD, Tafila branch
– Tafilah university
Now the team is in the stage of formulating recommendations to send them to the entities that have been visited, and as they continue holding more visits, for those who employ people with disabilities and wish to benefit from this volunteer service, contact us.
