The improvement and follow up team made visits to three establishments that employ women and people with disabilities.
Those visits aim to give advice and guidance to the establishment to improve the work environment and make it more suitable to the employees through proposing a recommendation paper about the status of the establishment. The recommendations are nor mandatory for the owners to implement, but a voluntary service aiming to improve and develop the environment for employees.
The establishments that were visited are located in Karak and are:
- Al Qasr Water Directorate
- Yarout Health Center
- Social Development Directorate of South Mazar which employs three persons with disabilities, motor and visual.
The team is now preparing the final recommendations to send to the three establishments.
