21 Young men and women from various governorates of the country participated in the Decent Work and Green Jobs Forum that concluded its activities on Saturday, 25th. Feb 2023. The forum was held for three days and included several dialogue sessions about the concept of decent work and its elements, and how the Jordanian legislations, especially the Labor Law and Social Security dealt with decent work. Training and dialogue sessions about green jobs were also carried out.
Another forum will be held soon for another group of young men and women on the same topic.
This forum is an activity of the Decent Work Academy project implemented by East and West Center for Sustainable Development since 2018 and funded by the Swedish Development Partner.
