The improvement and follow-up team finished 3 new visits for entities that have employees of persons with disabilities, These visits aim to provide advice and guidance to improve the work environment to be suitable more for the needs of their employees through submitting a recommendation letter on the entity’s status by the team members.
As the advice provided is not compulsory for the companies, but rather a voluntary service aim to improve and develop the environment for its workers.
The visits were as below:
– The first visit was in Aqaba Governorate at the South Towers Contracting Company.
– The second visit was in Amman at Amer stationery library.
– The third visit was in Amman at Terra Vento di organization.
We would also like to thank all the entities for hosting the team members and for their desire to empower their employees with disabilities and improve their work environment.
It is noteworthy that the improvement and follow-up team visits are part of the Decent Work Academy project in a partnership with the Swedish Development Partner Organization (IM).
